Y2CONNECT.org
Y2CONNECT.org is an online resource guide for youth in Baltimore. The site aims to connect Baltimore youth to clinical- and community-based health and non-health programs and resources to assist them in becoming successful adults. It is designed for easy and direct access by youth‐serving professionals, parents/guardians and other caring adults, and youth.
Y2CONNECT.org is an initiative under Project Connect Baltimore that is dedicated to improving the health of adolescents and young adults in Baltimore City. The team includes the Johns Hopkins Department of Pediatrics, Center for Community and Child Health Research, and Center for Adolescent Health and is guided by a community advisory board consisting of Baltimore City community-based organizations and institutions. Project Connect Baltimore has been funded by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC 1H25PS003796), the Secretary’s Minority AIDS Initiative Fund, and the Thomas Wilson Foundation.
